ORDER GRANTING IN PART 65 Joint Motion Requesting Extension of Stay of Proceeding -- The Court is in receipt of the parties' joint letter motion requesting an extension of the stay in this case until, and including, July 20, 2026. On February 25, 2026, the Court stayed this action "pending the resolution of the parallel criminal action and/or the bankruptcy proceeding." See, Feb. 25, 2026 Electronic Order. That stay remains in place until the Court lifts it. However, in light of ongoing settlement discussions, to the extent the parties request an extension for the Plaintiffs date to file a reply in support of its motion, that request is GRANTED. Plaintiffs shall file their reply by no later than July 21, 2026. To the extent the parties reach a settlement, they shall file a joint letter reporting such settlement by July 21, 2026. SO ORDERED by Judge Dora Lizette Irizarry on 7/1/2026. (CC)
