Law360 (April 3, 2019, 5:52 PM EDT) -- Kirkland & Ellis LLP was the most prolific member of the antitrust defense bar between 2016 and 2018, while Cuneo Gilbert & LaDuca LLP filed more private antitrust litigation than any other law firm due to its role in multidistrict litigation, according to a new Lex Machina report.
Cuneo Gilbert filed 86 cases in the three-year span, while Nussbaum Law Group PC filed 80 and U.S. attorneys' offices filed 74, according to the report. Lex Machina culled the analysis from its database of more than 9,000 antitrust cases to highlight trends through 2018.
