Gas Station Chain Sues NJ Over Fuel Price Law

Law360, New York (February 16, 2017, 4:54 PM EST) -- Gas station chain Speedway LLC has filed a lawsuit alleging New Jersey’s law prohibiting below-cost vehicle fuel sales is unconstitutional because it violates the common-law right to sell goods at any price upon which the retailer and purchaser agree.
