AB InBev, Molson Dodge Antitrust Suit Over Ontario Market

Law360 (May 16, 2018, 8:15 PM EDT) -- A Wisconsin federal judge on Wednesday tossed an antitrust suit against Anheuser-Busch InBev and Molson Coors Brewing Co. that alleges they conspired to restrict competition in Ontario's beer market, finding that it can't be heard in federal court.
