Heyman, Block & Leviton To Lead Tangoe Buyout Challenge

Law360, Wilmington (November 9, 2017, 8:06 PM EST) -- A Delaware Chancery judge chose the combination of Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP and Block & Leviton LLP as lead plaintiff counsel in the case challenging Tangoe Inc.’s $256 million buyout, ruling that their pursuit of a books and records demand gave them a slight edge.

During a hearing in Wilmington, Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III said the race for lead plaintiff, and thus lead counsel, in the case came down to a “photo finish,” with Heyman Enerio and Block & Leviton ending up in the top spot.
