Fiat Chrysler Gets Half Of Deaf Employee’s ADA Suit Dropped

Law360 (March 8, 2018, 9:29 PM EST) -- A Michigan federal judge partially granted Fiat Chrysler’s motion for summary judgment in the suit it’s facing from a deaf manufacturing employee alleging the company hasn’t provided him with adequate accommodations, saying harassment the employee allegedly endured was not reported to the company.
