ManTech, 2 Others To Dole Out $1.18M In Missed OT Pay

Law360 (March 12, 2018, 7:59 PM EDT) -- Cybersecurity firm ManTech International Corp. and two subcontractors will fork over $1.18 million in back pay to more than 200 employees who were shorted on compensation for overtime while working on a government contract, the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division said Monday.
