NLRB Memo Says Immigration Protest Was Protected Activity

Law360 (March 13, 2018, 8:01 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board’s general counsel released a handful of advice memorandums Tuesday, one of which found that participation in a nationwide day of action protesting Trump administration immigration policies qualified as protected activity and that 18 factory workers shouldn’t have been fired for taking part.
