Transport Co. Beats Worker's Age, Disability Bias Suit

Law360 (April 13, 2018, 6:06 PM EDT) -- A Michigan federal judge on Friday tossed a suit alleging that a trucking company fired a shift supervisor because of his age and disability, saying the worker didn't lay out a basic case for any of his claims and that the company had a good reason for firing him: He was consistently rude to his colleagues.
