NJ Prosecutor Must Face Whistleblower's Suit, Court Says

Law360 (May 14, 2018, 7:25 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Appellate Division on Monday revived the whistleblower lawsuit of a Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office worker against his employer, ruling that his transfer to another department could be considered retaliation under the state’s Conscientious Employee Protection Act.
