Costco Job Applicant Defends Challenge To Cannabis Policy

Law360 (May 15, 2018, 3:32 PM EDT) -- A Costco Wholesale Corp. job applicant urged a Minnesota federal judge Monday not to toss his proposed class action accusing the retailer of wrongly denying applicants employment because of medical marijuana use, arguing that he had a right to sue under the state’s civil rights law.
