NLRB May Rethink Construction CBA Relationship Rulings

Law360 (September 12, 2018, 7:06 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Tuesday said it is considering a change to a prior finding that establishes a bargaining relationship between a union and a construction industry employer based solely on language in a collective bargaining agreement that references majority support for union representation, and invited stakeholders and interested parties to weigh in.
