Kelley Drye Slams Partner In EEOC Age Bias Suit

Law360, New York (April 6, 2010, 3:39 PM EDT) -- Kelley Drye & Warren LLP has fired back against the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, arguing the agency has no basis to claim the firm's retirement policy violates age discrimination laws and attacking the job performance of the partner at the heart of the dispute.
