Manpower Claims Ex-Execs Stole Secrets To Create Rival Co.
By Lisa Coryell (April 25, 2012, 7:11 PM EDT) -- Workforce staffing giant Manpower Inc. sued two former executives Monday in California for allegedly making off with company files, trade secrets and employees to set up a rival company vying for Manpower's customers across the state.
In a complaint filed in California federal court, the global temporary worker staffing company accuses former top brass Janis Sonneman and Thereza Chattmon, and their new firm Slingshot Connections LLC, of misappropriating trade secrets, breach of contract and unfair business competition.
