New Contractor Hiring Regs Could Push Away Small Businesses

Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 8:05 PM EDT) -- A government contractor group reported recently that the cost of complying with proposed regulations on contractor veteran and disabled hires would be up to 30 times higher than initial U.S. Department of Labor estimates, a burden experts say could effectively shut out small businesses from government work.
