Law360, New York (February 1, 2013, 1:49 PM EST) -- A Kansas federal judge on Thursday granted class status to slaughterhouse workers who allege that National Beef Packing Co. LLC denied them pay for several off-the-clock work duties, ruling that the employees had met the standard to pursue their claims collectively.
