Law360, New York (February 20, 2013, 8:28 PM EST) -- The White House on Wednesday unveiled a five-point plan to combat theft of U.S. trade secrets in China and elsewhere, with Obama administration officials pledging to ramp up diplomatic pressure, consider whether new laws are needed and look to bring more criminal cases.
