Feds Walk Away From FCA Suit Against Medical Supplier J&B

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 6:37 PM EDT) -- Employees who raised red flags over what they saw as rampant Medicaid overbilling at Michigan medical supply firm J&B Medical Supply Co. Inc. have dropped three claims from their False Claims Act suit against the company, while the U.S. has agreed to dismiss its complaint without prejudice.
