NJ Appeals Court Sends UPS Age Bias Suit To Arbitration

Law360, New York (July 26, 2013, 8:15 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate panel on Friday sided with United Parcel Service Inc. by refusing to bundle two claims — an age bias suit against UPS and the plaintiffs’ bid to avert arbitration — into one action, saying the plaintiffs must submit to arbitration before proceeding in court.
