IDT, Exec Settle Battle Over 200 Spectrum Licenses

Law360, New York (August 27, 2013, 9:35 PM EDT) -- IDT Corp. has resolved a New Jersey lawsuit against the former manager of a subsidiary whom it claimed violated fiduciary and contractual obligations by diverting about 200 spectrum licenses to his own business, according to an order Tuesday.

IDT and Michael Rapaport, a former IDT Spectrum Inc. president who launched his own suit against the companies, have agreed to a dismissal of the case with prejudice, which was approved by U.S. District Judge Esther Salas.
