6th Circ. OKs Appeal Of Post-Dukes Wal-Mart Bias Claims

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 3:20 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit agreed Wednesday to hear a challenge from former members of the nationwide class disbanded by the U.S. Supreme Court's Dukes decision to a Tennessee federal judge's dismissal of the class claims in their regional gender bias suit against Wal-Mart Stores Inc.
