NLRB Says NJ Care Center Refused To Give Union Wage Info

Law360, New York (October 25, 2013, 9:47 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Thursday ordered a New Jersey senior residential care facility to provide a labor union with hour and wage information after finding the facility engaged in unfair labor practices by denying access to the information.

The NLRB found Bristol Manor Health Care Center had engaged in unfair labor practices, and ordered the Rochelle Park, N.J., facility to provide 1199 SEIU, United Healthcare Workers East with information it requested in June 2012 and has yet to see, regarding hour and wage information for the employees of its bargaining unit.
