HealthBridge Fights Stay, Wants CBA Rejection To Proceed

Law360, New York (February 5, 2014, 6:15 PM EST) -- HealthBridge Management LLC on Wednesday asked a New Jersey bankruptcy judge to reject the National Labor Relations Board's motion to stay his order allowing the company to reject expired collective bargaining agreements, saying the shortened time frame would hamper its response.
