Law360, New York (January 2, 2015, 11:15 AM EST) -- On Nov. 20 and 21, 2014, President Obama unveiled the Immigration Accountability Executive Action (IAEA), a series programs, policy changes and projects to be carried out by numerous executive agencies, including United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Customs and Border Protection, Department of Labor and the State Department. The IAEA addresses all areas of immigration policy, including enhancements to border security, changes to deportation priorities, a program to provide work authorization to three million undocumented immigrants, and a program to encourage citizenship.
