Gas Inspection Co. Says Ex-CEO Shut Down Its Website

By Jess Krochtengel (August 17, 2015, 5:48 PM EDT) -- A Texas energy inspection company sued its former CEO in state court Monday, alleging that after he was terminated last week, he shut down the company website, took the company's social media hostage and may be poaching the company's clients.

In a Harris County District Court suit, Global Energy Inspections Inc. alleges company CEO Cody Clark was terminated Aug. 11 and has since refused to turn over to the company account names and passwords for the company website and social media accounts, and allegedly shut down the company website Friday.
