17 States Urge DOL To Rescind Persuader Rule

Law360, Dallas (August 11, 2017, 7:25 PM EDT) -- A group of 17 states led by Texas on Friday told the U.S. Department of Labor the so-called “persuader rule” should be rescinded because it imperils the attorney-client relationship and is “irreconcilable with the principles of federalism.”
