Feds Side With Union Fee Challengers In High Court

Law360, New York (December 7, 2017, 2:53 PM EST) -- The Trump administration on Wednesday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn a precedent that allows states to require government employees to pay so-called agency fees to the union that represents them, a position that stands opposite to the one taken by the Obama administration in a similar case two years ago.
