Deals Rumor Mill: Glennmont, SoftBank, John Laing

According to the report, the Italian plants are being valued at roughly €350 million ($409 million) thanks to the bids. Citing anonymous sources, the outlet reported that due diligence related to the sale is expected to begin as soon as the fall and binding bids will be due in October. The report details that private equity firm F2i is among the bidders....
