Investors Say Pa. Firm Was Asleep At Switch In Fraud Scheme

Law360 (August 28, 2019, 6:48 PM EDT) -- Investors in a failed alternative energy company said attorneys at the law firm of Dodaro Matta & Cambest failed to warn them that their clients may have been involved in a securities fraud and threatened legal action against other disgruntled investors to prolong the alleged scheme, according to three lawsuits filed in Pennsylvania federal court. 

In three largely identical complaints filed Tuesday with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, three investors said attorneys at Washington County-based Dodaro Matta & Cambest PC and its joint venture DMC Bradley represented Robert Irey and Jonathan Freeze as they solicited investments...
