Chevron Asks To Join Fight Over Seismic Surveys

Law360, New York (September 20, 2010, 2:06 PM EDT) -- Chevron USA Inc. is trying to horn in on a suit brought by the Natural Resources Defense Council and other green groups that claims the U.S. government has failed to examine the environmental impact of high-decibel seismic surveys used in oil and gas exploration in the Gulf of Mexico.
