Pa. Court Won't Block UGI Pipeline's Access To Private Land

Law360, Philadelphia (January 5, 2016, 3:13 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court issued a pair of opinions on Tuesday rejecting objections from a couple aiming to block a UGI Corp. unit from condemning their 357-acre property in Lycoming County to construct a gas pipeline.
