DC Circ. Nixes Enviros' Challenge To Cove Point LNG Project

Circuit on Friday rejected environmentalists' challenge to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's approval of Dominion Resources Inc.'s $3.5 billion Cove Point liquefied natural gas export project in Maryland, sticking to earlier conclusions that the commission wasn't required to evaluate the indirect impacts of increased gas drilling and exports.
