Enviros Threaten To Sue EPA Over Sulfur Dioxide Pollution

Law360 (March 12, 2018, 6:14 PM EDT) -- Three environmental groups threatened Monday to haul the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency into court, accusing the agency of dragging its feet on state plans for cleaning up sulfur dioxide pollution in Illinois, Florida and other locations.
