EPA Rejects Obama Auto Emissions Standards

Law360 (April 2, 2018, 2:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said Monday it plans to revise Obama-era greenhouse gas emissions standards for 2022- to 2025-model cars and light trucks, a victory for automakers that said the requirements would be too tough to meet.
