Tribes Sue Forest Service Over Approval Of Ariz. Copper Mine

Law360 (April 13, 2018, 4:33 PM EDT) -- The Tohono O'odham Nation, the Pascua Yaqui Tribe and the Hopi Tribe sued the U.S. Forest Service on Thursday challenging its decision to give the green light to a planned copper mine in Arizona, which the tribes say would have "devastating impacts" on culturally and religiously significant public lands.
