Ag Industry Wants 9th Circ. To Revisit Dicamba Rescissions

Law360 (July 31, 2020, 7:28 PM EDT) -- Agricultural industry groups on Thursday urged the Ninth Circuit to grant dicamba makers' petition for en banc review of a panel's decision to overturn the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's approval of three herbicides that contain the chemical.

The groups, including the American Farm Bureau Federation and CropLife America, said their members need to continue to be able to access the herbicides because they use them on soybean and cotton crops that have been genetically engineered to be resistant to dicamba.
