Texas High Court Takes Up Fight Over Water Permits

Law360, Dallas (February 1, 2013, 4:50 PM EST) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear two consolidated cases in which the state’s environmental agency says it should have the authority to decide who has standing to intervene in water quality permit disputes without a separate evidentiary hearing.
