Home Depot Pays $8M To Ditch High-VOC Paint Suit

Law360, New York (April 5, 2013, 1:14 PM EDT) -- Home Depot USA Inc. on Thursday agreed to pay $8 million to resolve a California smog control agency’s $30 million suit alleging it sold thousands of gallons of paint and architectural coatings laced with illegal amounts of volatile organic compounds.
