Conservationists Sue Over Trump’s Move To Slash Monument

Law360, New York (December 5, 2017, 7:54 PM EST) -- The Conservation Lands Foundation and two other groups added their lawsuit on Monday to a growing list of challenges to President Donald Trump’s decision to slash the size of two Utah national monuments, arguing that federal law prevents the president from reducing the size of Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument.
