Order [non-document] Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Response to Local Rule 37.1 Position Paper with Exhibits Instanter (Doc. No. 132 ) is granted. Plaintiff's Response (Doc. No. 131 ) is deemed timely filed. Additionally, Plaintiff represents in its Response that "[t]here are several outstanding deficiencies related to Defendants' responses to Plaintiff's written discovery requests that Plaintiff has outlined in numerous deficiency letters and emails to Defendants," and that "[i]n the event these deficiencies are not promptly cured by Defendants in the upcoming few days, Plaintiff intends to file a Local Rule 37.1 Position Paper concerning these outstanding written discovery disputes." Based on these representations, the Court orders as follows: (1) by no later than September 28, 2026, the parties shall meet and confer regarding these alleged deficiencies (unless they have already done so), (2) to the extent that those alleged deficiencies are not resolved, by no later than September 29, 2026, Plaintiff shall file its Position Paper, and (3) Defendants may file a response by October 2, 2026. Further, the Court sets a telephone conference for October 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. to address the parties' outstanding discovery disputes. Judge Pamela A. Barker on 9/23/2026. (P,K)
