SCHEDULING ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' Status Report 31 and schedules a further settlement conference for September 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. over Zoom. All attendees shall use the Zoom invitation link sent to the email addresses listed on the docket. The parties shall join the video call ten (10) minutes before the conference. The parties shall submit brief ex parte update statements via Chambers email no later than one week before the settlement conference, i.e., by September 1, 2026. Each party, or a decision-making representative with full settlement authority for each party, must attend the settlement conference unless an ECF letter motion has been granted giving that person permission to participate by telephone.
