Order on Motion for Leave to File Excess Pages Scheduling Order
ORDER: The Court denies Plaintiff's 674 request for leave to file an oversized reply brief, as it does not find good cause for Plaintiff's request and does not believe that lengthier briefing will be helpful or beneficial to the Court. Any reply brief must comply with the Court's Individual Rule 3.B., which dictates that "reply memoranda are limited to ten pages, not including exhibits, appendices or attachments." Plaintiff is granted an extension of time to file a conforming reply; it must do so, if at all, by July 8, 2026. Defendants' 675 request for leave to oppose Plaintiff's request is denied. Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 7/6/2026. (JEC)
