ORDER DIRECTING ENTRY OF AMENDED JUDGMENT re 49 Stipulation. Signed by CHIEF JUDGE ALLEN C WINSOR on 3/17/2026. The court now directs entry of an amended judgment that says: Amended Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiffs Diego Armando Rodriguez Betanco and Rafael Quintero and against Defendants DSCC, LLC, and Charlie Attar. This Amended Judgment shall replace the prior Judgment entered in this case on January 16, 2026, at Docket Entry 41 . Plaintiff Diego Armando Rodriguez Betanco shall recover from Defendants DSCC, LLC, and Charlie Attar (jointly and severally) $5,000 in unpaid overtime wages and $5,000 in liquidated damages, for a total of $10,000. Plaintiff Rafael Quintero shall recover from Defendants DSCC, LLC, and Charlie Attar (jointly and severally) $7,000 in unpaid overtime wages and $7,000 in liquidated damages for a total of $14,000. In addition, Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiffs and against Defendants (jointly and severally) in the amount of $15,000 as payment of attorneys' fees and costs. The total judgment due to Plaintiffs, inclusive of attorneys' fees and costs, is thus $39,000.00, which shall bear interest at the rate of 3.56% per year, for all of which let execution issue. (atm)
