STIPULATION AND ORDER OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL PURSUANT TO FED. R. CIV. P. 41(a)(2): IT is therefore STIPULATED AND AGREED that, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, SKAT's claims against Joanne E. Bradley and Bradley in the action Skatteforvaltningen v. The Joanne E. Bradley Solo 401K Plan and Doston Bradley, 18-cv-10124, are dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs; IT is further STIPULATED AND AGREED that if any Event of Default pursuant to Paragraph 14 of the Agreement occurs, SKAT shall have the right to reopen the Action to enforce the Agreement, regardless of the Action previously being dismissed, and to pursue any remedies under the Agreement or otherwise available; IT is further STIPULATED AND AGREED that the Court shall retain jurisdiction for the purpose of enforcing the Agreement among Joanne E. Bradley, SKAT, and Bradley; and IT is further STIPULATED AND AGREED that, upon the Court's entry of this Stipulation and Order, the Clerk of the Court is directed to close the above-captioned case.
