The Court advises all participants who appeared via zoom that recording, photographing, or retransmitting any part of the proceedings is prohibited.
The Court makes preliminary remarks and hears representations of counsel as to 123 Motion to Stay Discovery, 142 Motion Defendant Bullock Legal Group, LLCs Emergency Motion for Return of Materials and Appointment of Special Master, 151 Emergency Motion for Protective Order and 165 Sealed Motion for Leave to File Document and 166 Motion for Leave to File Document.
The Court sets forth its findings on the record and GRANTS the Sealed Motion for Leave to File Document (ECF No. 165) and the Motion for Leave to File Document (ECF No. 166). The Court directs the Clerk of Court to maintain ECF No. 165 under seal.
The Court takes the following matters under submission, the Motion to Stay Discovery (ECF No. 123), the Motion Defendant Bullock Legal Group, LLCs Emergency Motion for Return of Materials and Appointment of Special Master (ECF No. 142) and the Emergency Motion for Protective Order (ECF No. 151).
The Court amends Minute Order (ECF No. 146) to include that no party shall reserve any of the recordings, those that have not been disclosed, as discussed in open court.
