ORDER GRANTING STIPULATION FOR RELEASE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: Pursuant to the parties' Stipulation 115 , the Court orders that the Security Deposit in the amount of $2,300,000 deposited into the Court's registry by Plaintiff Preferred Bank 113 shall be released and returned to Preferred Bank in its entirety. Any interest earned on the Security Deposit while held in the Court's registry shall be deemed part of the Security Deposit and shall be disbursed to Preferred Bank along with the principal amount upon release.
