Plaintiffs filed a Motion Pursuant Rule56(d) to Allow Time to Obtain Declarations in Response to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. (Doc. 38). Defendant ostensibly opposes this Motion. (Doc. 38 at 1, 4). That said, given the deadline for Plaintiffs' to respond to Defendant's Motion (Doc. 37), the Court finds that an expedited response will assist the decisional process. Accordingly, Defendant is directed file a response to Plaintiffs' Motion (Doc. 38) on or before 5 p.m. on September 28, 2026.
