Before the Court is the mistitled Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Defendant National Association of Realtors. ECF No. 100 . National Association of Realtors will continue to be represented by attorneys from the law firm Womble Bond Dickinson. Thus, the Motion is not to withdraw, but to remove E. Leif Reid and Kristen L. Martini from the list of counsel for National Association of Realtors and from the electronic service system.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Defendant National Association of Realtors (ECF No. 100 ) is GRANTED consistent with the above. The Clerk of Court must remove E. Leif Reid's and Kristen L. Martini's names from CM/ECF and the docket so that she no longer receives electronic service of materials filed in this case.
