After communicating with counsel, the court continues the zoom status conference on July 30, 2026, to August 24. That had been a tentative trial date, but trial will not be held then. The court and counsel will discuss next steps, including potential new trial dates, at the continued status conference, if necessary. If the parties are able to reach a settlement agreement before August 24, they may so inform the court and the continued status conference will be canceled.
This hearing will be conducted by video conference. Counsel of record will receive a video conference invite at the email registered in CM/ECF. If you have technical or compatibility issues with the technology, please notify the courtroom deputy of the session as soon as possible.
