For the reasons set forth above: With respect to Plaintiffs' (federal and state) trademark infringement, (federal and state ) unfair competition, and false designation of origin claims, Defendant's Motion to Dismiss is DENIED as to Plaintiffs' "ANA" and "ANA Law" marks but GRANTED as to all of Plaintiffs' other marks. Defendant's Mo tion to Dismiss is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiffs' federal trademark dilution claim. Defendant's Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiffs' New York state law trademark dilution claim. Defendant's Motion to Dismi ss is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiffs'" federal false advertising claim. Defendant's Motion to Strike is DENIED without prejudice. The parties shall confer and inform the Court by joint letter how they propose to proceed within two weeks of the date of this Opinion and Order. The Clerk of Court shall close docket number 20.
